Pricing:

• Full Day (8:30 am - 5 pm) with Cyc-Lights: $975
• Half Day (4 hours and under) with Cyc-Lights: $725
• Paint: Floor can be guaranteed clean white for 50 cents a square foot or $500 for the whole room

Studio 1 offers an expansive 2,600 sq. ft. shooting space with curved Cyc walls. The 60'x 30' white Cyc, with a 13' height (to the grid), provides a versatile backdrop for most productions. Studio 1 includes 8 Rotolight Titan X2 Cyc-lights, which can change the wall to any color temperature or hue, and/or the studio can be painted.

Studio 2 is an 850 sq. ft. shooting space featuring a green Cyc-wall, perfect for chroma key productions. The 27’x19’ studio with a 13' height ceiling (to the grid) is equipped with an overhead light grid and curtains covering the entire soundstage. Ask about our green screen gear to supplement your shoot.

Studio 3 offers an expansive 1,455sq. ft. shooting space with curved Cyc walls and 2 coves. The 46'x29' white Cyc, with a 12' height (to the grid) is the perfect space for any size production. Tenacious Ventures hosts this studio which includes 10 Aputure Cyc-lights, which can change the wall to any color temperature or hue.

Our upstairs Cafe comes with a studio rental, or it can be rented as a set separately.  The furniture can be moved as needed, as long as everything is returned to the original places.  It's a great space to feed a crew breakfast and lunch.  The location can play a role in your story with many potential background angles, and useable appliances like the refrigerator, microwaves, coffee machines, sink, dish washer, and vending machines. 

The downstairs galley Kitchen comes with a studio rental, or it can be rented as a set location.  There are two refrigerators, a two-bay stainless steel sink, plenty of cabinet space, a working oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine.  

Victory Studios has three small dressing rooms nearby or otherwise adjacent to the studios and the bathrooms.  Each is furnished with a full vanity table with lighted mirror, iron, ironing board and steamer, at least one chair, and at least one clothing rack.  These dressing rooms come with a studio rental and can be used as your company sees fit as long as they are returned to their original conditions.  

The Downstairs Lobby space comes with a studio rental and can be rented separately.  It has been used in many different ways by different crews; everything from a production office and DIT area to a video village.  

The Conference Room as pictured can be rented in addition to a studio rental or as a set.  As pictured, there's a large mahogany table, about a dozen office chairs, and a projector with a screen.   Crews have rented this space to meet with their clients, as a script table read location, and as a production office while in the building.
